Subscription Types and Customization: Select from various subscription options, each delivering an average of 2 to 3 ounces of microgreens. Customize your box from our range, or let us surprise you with our freshest picks.
Renewal and Billing: Your subscription renews on the anniversary of your sign-up date, be it monthly or annually. A reminder will be sent 15 days before your renewal date, giving you the option to continue or cancel.
Delivery Schedule: Delivery is based on the schedule you select upon enrollment. Please inform us at least one week in advance of any changes to your delivery address to ensure uninterrupted service.
Gift Subscriptions: Offer a gift subscription to share the joy of fresh microgreens. Gift subscriptions adhere to the same terms as regular subscriptions.
Referral Program: Refer a friend and receive a surprise box as a token of our appreciation. This box includes special selections not typically found in our standard offerings.
Business Subscriptions: For bulk orders, businesses are encouraged to contact us directly for custom solutions tailored to your specific needs.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 15 days prior to your next renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

Notice of Issue: If your order does not meet your expectations in quality or freshness, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Resolution Process: Upon receiving your Quality Issue Report, our team will review the information provided and respond within 48 hours. If your report meets our quality issue criteria, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected items. This credit can be used for any future purchases with Goshen Farms.
Store Credit: Store credits will be issued to your Goshen Farms account and will be available for use on your next purchase. Credits are valid for 90-days from the date of issue.
Exclusions: Please note that we cannot issue credits for problems reported after the 48-hour window or for products that have been discarded or consumed.
